Fox River Fursuit Events Inc. is a 501(c)(7) social club incorporated in Wisconsin for the purpose of organizing events and activities involving promoting dressing up in anthropomorphic costumes.

On this meeting:
Board has resolved, that following the close of the current renewal period and the conclusion of the August 22nd event, the Board of Directors shall perform a one-time roster cleanup to ensure only active, registered members are kept on the club membership list,
Board has discussed past events and next event,
Board resolved to extend the current officers' terms by re-electing them for a successive two-year period, commencing immediately upon the expiration of their active term,
Such other matters as has been properly presented at the meeting.

Board of Directors meeting was held on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at 05:00 PM CST. with joint session with Voting Members

Voting Members has approved Amendment to Articles of Incorporation,
