Fox River Fursuit Events Inc. is a 501(c)(7) social club incorporated in Wisconsin for the purpose of organizing events and activities involving promoting dressing up in anthropomorphic costumes.

Recent Annual Actions by Unanimous Written Consent
The unanimous written consent of the Voting Members in lieu of the annual meeting of Fox River Fursuit Events Inc. was submitted to Secretary
The document was unanimously executed by all Voting Members and was also unanimously approved and executed by the full Board of Directors with respect to matters within the Board's authority under the Bylaws.
The following actions were taken:
- Acceptance of the Annual Reports by the Voting Members
- Ratification of Board actions by the Voting Members; and
- Election and Admission of a New Voting Member by the Board of Directors pursuant to Article II, Section 2.4 of the Bylaws.
The document was executed as of August 21, 2026, with certain portions of the document having an effective date of April 30, 2026.

The most recent Board of Directors meeting was held on Monday, April 13th, 2026 at 08:00 CDT.
On this meeting:
Board has resolved, that following the close of the current renewal period and the conclusion of the August 22nd event, the Board of Directors shall perform a one-time roster cleanup to ensure only active, registered members are kept on the club membership list,
Board has discussed past events and next event,
Board resolved to extend the current officers' terms by re-electing them for a successive two-year period, commencing immediately upon the expiration of their active term,
Such other matters as has been properly presented at the meeting.

Board of Directors meeting was held on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at 05:00 PM CST. with joint session with Voting Members

Incorporator has resigned from its role,
Board has approved Resolution No. 1/2025 regulating powers of Officers,
Recent Bylaws has been approved,
Officers has been elected,
Voting Members has approved Amendment to Articles of Incorporation,
